Poem # 107 Working in HRIM!

 

First when I came in, a novice to the DD world,

Ambiguous and chaotic, the M&A domain unfurled;

Throwing unexpected curve balls, uncountable and oh so many,

Rooting for my survival, always with a helping hand, was Rohini.

In her one finds a manager, a mentor, a guardian and a guide,

Ready to fend for us, yet giving us enough rope, to catch up with her stride;

She knows when to let lose the reins, and let us fly high,

Rein us in, and give us the aid, when we need an ally.

There is this someone, I was referred to go to, as the resident expert,

Someone who knew it all, from her prior role & integration efforts;

She proudly leads her team, HR Operations Support,

No unanswered call for help, Laurie is always a great sport!

Bravely I stepped into this world, now familiar, yet not so,

Understanding the customizations, took a while hitherto;

To educate me, on the existing ways, she is someone I have come to rely,

Readily sharing her knowledge and support, was none other than Nataly.

And then there is Anne, I don’t know where to begin or end,

Connects the dots like none other, great talent like her, is tough to find;

She took a swing at a couple of M&A’s, giving me time to digest,

The great depth of knowledge, that one person can possess!

What can I say, about the Ipsita and Jyothi?

Their work life is filled with, Merit and ePMD;

This dream team works hard, when our bonuses are in play,

Call them the masters of Pay planner(and other comp systems), if we may!

Now that we have hit Ipsita in UK, geographically we have to cover Janet,

Systems and Processes are her forte, and benefits is her current planet;

She handled the Envigo integration, oh so well,

The perfect comrade to anchor on, when projects are not going swell.

Then we have Wanda, managing the payroll sphere,

Liaising with the Payroll team, her support is truly dear;

She worked like a champion, through the birth of her grandson Flynn,

Ready to lend a hand, and clear our questions with a grin.

All new hires come through her dominion,

CareerPath, is totally under Sherry’s work line;

Be it an integration, or a simple hiring process align,

She oversees the bridge, to onboarding and recruiting alike.

Next we have Lauryn, who owns the PSHR realm,

Setting standards, helping steer DG decisions, at the helm;

Bringing data fields, much needed definition and structure,

With Collibra, we all now saw, a finer strategic picture.

How can I fail to mention, Jeremy Roper?

He’s what you call a trendsetter;

He moved into DX after, transitioning SF and DD LMS,

His current project…… Oh! do take a wild guess!!!

Under Labcorp, we are one team and work together on projects too,

I was pulled into a project called Raven, here’s 1.5 for you;

Sam, Juli and Alex, were true compatriots,

Collectively, we brought the project to heel and to its success.

The three of them join forces so well,

Try stop them, from working on PTO's if you will;

They roll up their sleeves, to get the project done,

They make the loads of work, morph into fun!

Stan is known to handle complex queries with ease,

If you need him on your project, get in line please!

With him at the controls, codes don’t need a second overseer,

Always on demand, due to his expertise and pleasant demeanor.

Letha manages all the M&A’s in Diagnostics,

She’s the one you go to, when any of your projects, need a fix;

An expert on multiple HR systems and processes,

An excellent person to turn to, when you feel your solutions are facing jinxes.

Then I dipped my beak into Time tracker, yeah that’s Terri’s sphere,

Questions anyone….? Don’t worry, her answers are already here!

A treat to work with, like all her HRIM counterparts,

Feeling of camaraderie, right from the start.

As a team we have started to grow, adding one more was predictable,

With Sciformix came Abhilasha, enthusiastic, friendly and amicable;

Quick learner, she dived into the PS world in Drug Development,

Then proceeded to projects in Diagnostics, with the same zealous sentiment.

It has been a pleasure working, with each of you as a team,

The lengths we go to collaborate, we even quiz with memes!

Jokes apart, it’s been an adventure filled with fun,

No limits to our success, when we all work as ONE!
