Poem #258 Infinite Loops

I love you,
I said it with ease;
Not a care that,
Your pandora box, was released!

Turned your world,
Topsy turvy;
Your mind in turmoil,
While my heart, is happy!

You knew logically,
Immediately, what to do;
Pulling the brakes hard,
Self preservation, was due!

You let me go,
Doing the one thing, I dreaded;
Ghosting me,
As though it never started, it ended!

However the heart,
Wants what it does;
Time apart,
Did not let us rust!

Now you are back,
Too confused, to play lead;
I am stuck in your chaos,
Not knowing, what you need!

Stop worrying about,
Us, and our future;
We are, at a good place,
If you, care to let it nurture!

My what next,
Is not defined, by societal norms or trend;
Bound by traditions,
Losing what you have built, is your dread!

In infinite loops,
We are repeating cycles;
In the end, only finding each other,
Tracing, elliptical intertwined circles!

I love you,
I said it with ease;
I wish, you would say it too,
To experience, the true sense of relief!
