Poem #223 Our Right Time

Red, orange, black, pink, white, purple and yellow,
Millions of reasons, to fall irrevocably in love;
Sun shines bright, while little clouds wallow,
I smile heartily, the beautiful tulips making my face glow!

Lightly the wind blows, almost as though,
Scared to trample, the colorful delicate flowers;
Exactly how I am protected, by the ones I love,
Shielding me from sadness, their super power!

Little children, stomping around the fields,
Chirpy voices, chattering all around;
Girls want many photos, while beaus grudgingly yield,
Their laughter, becomes my contagious sound!

I treasure the memories, of moments that made today,
The weather just perfect, in its own imperfect way;
Chilled breeze lightens, what would have been a very sultry day,
Thoughts of your warm embrace, shooing your cold absence away!

Red, orange, black, pink, white, purple and yellow,
Millions of reasons, to fall irrevocably in love;
My eyes shine bright, while little doubts I swallow,
I smile heartily, knowing our right time is now!
