Poem # 83 From a mother to a son.... Ghost wrote for a friend

Ashaaz, you are turning 11 today,
Growing faster than I can grey;
Wishes and love, in a few words I say,
I love you forever.... forever and a day!

Paths many, may open up in sight,
Options many, to choose from the line;
Opt not for the easy, but the one filled with strife,
Grow up strong in character, choose a honest life.

You are an everlasting part of me,
No matter where we are, together we will always be;
Eternal is a mother's love for all to see,
All you need to do is firmly believe.

Be the loving elder brother always, to Zayaan,
Always be someone he can rely on;
Teach him truth, trust, courage, love, brain and brawn,
And know that being younger, is not always fun.

Ashaaz, you are turning 11 today,
You will grow to over 70 and more one day;
Remember to always carry a smile on your face,
Coz I love you forever... forever and a day!
