Poem # 2 Forgive me

Forgive me God, for I want revenge;
Sweet vengeance, I choose to avenge.
Forgive me God, for I feel spite;
For all the times I was forced to fight.
Forgive me God, for I cannot accept;
The people who deemed me a reject.

Forgive me God, for I cannot forget;
Lies that make me cry with regret.
Forgive me God, for I cannot forgive;
Those that interfere with the life I live.
Forgive me God, for I hurt inside;
When the ones I love, choose to deride.

Forgive me God, for I am not a saint;
I wish I were without a complaint.
Forgive me God, for I am not an angel;
I wish in love, my life was gainful.
Forgive me God, for I am not divine;
To these emotions I must resign.
