I hope that, when I die one day,
Am surrounded, by people who love me;
All will have, a few thoughtful words to say,
Kind, loving and generous, the key words in my eulogy.
I hope that, when I die one day,
Am surrounded, by people that I love;
Giving me strength, come what may,
Happiness, love and joy, flowing through.
I hope that, there is that someone by my side,
The one, who loves me for my soul;
That person, who never really needed my aid,
Yet stayed mine, as together we were whole!
I hope, to have made an impact, in each of their lives,
Lending a ready ear, and a shoulder to lean on;
Helping those in need, with a heart that gives,
Immortalized by all their love, once I am long gone.
