She is an over-thinker,
Life’s lessons learnt, the hard way;
While she would love the present to linger,
She sees troubles, of the future day!
She is patient, committed and loyal,
Irresistible is her dedication, drive and passion;
She always worries and is self-critical,
Wearing anxiety and stress, as her trending fashion!
You may call her indecisive,
She takes time to make up her mind;
She is strong and firmly decisive,
Once her final choice is defined!
It’s tough for her, to open her heart,
And trust, through all probable doubts;
Once you have crossed the difficult start,
She is an open book, to close ones around!
To all her friends, she is the anchor,
On normal days, she is rarely composed;
In dire straits, you can always bank on her,
Unfazed, she will be the most poised!
She may be perceived as complicated,
Unable to exist in the moment;
When crisis hits, she is best situated,
Prepared for any curveball, from the opponent.
She is also an empath, knows why you are you,
With her, you don’t need a bailout;
She won’t judge, whatever you say or do,
Open doors, even after you take the easy out!
No matter what trouble, life brings her,
The best way forward, is already in her sight;
Coz my friend, you can never surprise an over-thinker,
You can only prove her presumptions right!
