It amazes me, how you make time for your team;
Know not how you do it, schedule with no free slot,
Never a no, when we need your time or thoughts.

Didn't take me long, to find in you my mentor;
Kind, patient & demanding that I better my best,
Inspiring me, my limits put to test.
