Days devoid of laughter are long
Days filled with regret so strong;
Each passing day sends me oh so far……
Heart shattered to bits with no repair!
Feeling of loss, is all I have
For this feeling of hurt, there is no salve;
Loneliness slowly creeps lush in my mind
The ray of hope impossible to find!
So many words of love, left unsaid
Tears of sadness in the air instead;
Forgotten the feeling of being in love
Wish I could bring back those moments somehow!
