What every girl expects in her sister-in-law,
Is a sister who can ignore her flaws;
Strength & support in the unknown territory
Unconditional love & acceptance in the new family.
Can’t believe I got all this and more,
You opened your heart,instead of shutting the door;
Since the day life crossed paths & brought us near,
Your friendship is something that I hold very dear.
When things get impossible and I reach out to you,
You show me a path that’s positive and new;
Thanks for all the cheer you bring to my day,
You make a huge difference in your own special way.
Though these words don’t express all my thanks
